Winter Veil Sparkling Apple Cider

Homemade Sparkling Cider

No Winter Veil would be complete without Sparkling Apple Cider. This two ingredient cider is ridiculously easy to make and delicious to drink. Better yet, since it's sponsored by SmokyWood Pastures, it's cheap too!

Incredients:

1. 2 cans (12 oz ea) Frozen Apple juice from Concentrate
2. 2 bottles (1 liter ea) Club Soda

Instructions:

1. Thaw Apple juice.
2. Pour Apple juice Concentrate into large pitcher.
3. Add Club Soda to the large pitcher.
4. Stir gently with a wooden spoon.
5. Serve promptly.

Tip: Make sure to use only about 1/4 of the water at first to stir the concentrate. Add the remaining 3/4 water at the end so you do not stir all the carbonation out.

Serves: 8 servings
