Star Wars is seemingly everywhere. In a nod to Star Wars: The Force Awakens, the guards in Stormwind and Orgrimmar are now armed with lightsabers!

 The Dark Side seems to be strong with the Horde. Rather, the color is more fitting considering red is normally their thing.

While Blue lightsabers are fitting for the Alliance.

Blizzard debuted the gesture with the following message: 

These aren’t the guards you’re looking for...
Some sort of force awakens in both factions! We figured we'd pay homage to a galaxy far, far away that has long been near and dear to our geek hearts. Stop by Stormwind or Orgrimmar to pay respect to your guards and appreciate their exotic new weapons. They won't be able to maintain the unfamiliar technology for long!

So if you haven't make sure to see them in action before the guards lose their force sensitive ability!
