Greater Cosmic Essence. This will disenchant from Nothrend green items. From armor, there will be a 20% chance to receive an average of 1.5 x Greater Cosmic Essence's, for items that will be roughly of levels 76-80.

From weapons, there will be roughly a 75% chance to reveive an average of 1.5 x Greater Cosmic Essences, for items that will be roughly of levels 76-80.

For green items under 76, you'll instead receive an average of 2.5 Lesser Cosmic Essences (again, percentages shall be based on whether it is a piece of armor, or a weapon), that may be converted into Greater Cosmic Essences in a 3:1 ratio.

1. Required Skill: 325 - Uncommon Item Levels 130-151 - (1-3) or [Infinite Dust] or (1-3) [Lesser Cosmic Essence]
2. Required Skill: 350 - Uncommon Item Levels 152-200 - (2-5) or [Infinite Dust] or (1-2) [Greater Cosmic Essence]
3. Required Skill: 325 - Rare Item Levels 130-151 - [Small Dream Shard]
4. Required Skill: 350 - Rare Item Levels 152-200 - [Dream Shard]
5. Required Skill: 325 - Epic Item Levels 200-277 - [Abyss Crystal]

Each profession can craft an item to discenchant into greater cosmic essence. Sometimes you may get infinite dust or shards.

Instance Grinding / Auction House Grabs

Azjol'Nerub - Easy 3 bosses, may not be that quick though due to boss mechanics.
The Violet Hold - Quickly accessed in Dalaran - bosses are pretty easy by this point for a self healing class.

Don't forget that another possibility is to use the Abyssal Shatter spell which will also give you either infinite dust or greater cosmic essence. The yields are exceptional if you note down the respective prices and snatch [Abyss Crystal] for up to 10g

There are a lot of useful Enchants that people still buy at this level, so there is usually a fairly strong market with some competition. My personal best sellers are the Agility enchants especially after the introduction of Demon Hunters in World of Warcraft Legion.
